On November 19 a literary and musical evening "Tauelsizdik - tan nury", dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan was organized in the main reading room of the EIC with the participation of students and teachers of the Higher School of “Information Technology and Energy” and the chair of “Information Systems and Modeling”.

The evening was opened by dean E.T. Shertaev noted that the people's independence opens up opportunities for modernization. Zh. D. Iztaev Head of the Department, M.E. Ismailova Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Youth Policy and F.U. Aitmambetov, Candidate of Philology spoke with words of edification for students.
